On Wednesday, 15 November, a mother of two who teaches at a private Christian school in South Carolina was taken into custody for coercing a teenage pupil into having sex and sending him images of herself in her knickers, according to the police.

According to an arrest warrant that WCSC was able to obtain, Reagan Anderson, 27, is accused of two charges of sexual battery with a child under the age of 17.

“A dependable friend, coach, and teacher betrayed our confidence and broke her oath of office as a teacher. During her Thursday court appearance, the victim’s mother angrily criticised Anderson, saying, “She has ruined our son’s life.”

He ought to be entirely concentrated on being a young man who enjoys playing football and having fun, but this predator has taken it away from him. If this woman is free, then no young quarterback or athlete in our town is safe.”

The 17-year-old was reportedly abused by the Holly Hill Academy instructor starting in October.

According to reports, the first attack happened in a private home in Holly Hill, a small village located 50 miles north of Charleston. The second attack happened in the parking lot of a Pizza Hut located in the nearby town of Santee.

According to his mother, Anderson also sent the teenage girl explicit pictures on Snapchat.

After rumours of the inappropriate relationship grew, school administrators contacted police on Nov. 8.

“Holly Hill Academy was made aware last week of allegations regarding an inappropriate relationship between a staff member and upper school student. The administration immediately contacted law enforcement and continues to work cooperatively with them as they investigate the allegations.” Head of School Brandy Mullennax wrote in a letter sent to parents.

Anderson was swiftly fired from her teaching position.

On her Linkedin page, the alleged pervert described herself as “very passionate about children.”

“I am currently a stay at home mom looking for some at home opportunities to help support my family and I,” her biography states.

She was also banned from having contact with the boy she allegedly sexually abused and his family.
